We are in the process of potentially adding more locations and more countries lifting in the 2026 OTSO World Championship
WEIGH-INS: 8 AM – 9:30 AM, LIFTING BEGINS AT 10:00 AM
THE 3 LIFTS:
- TOUCH N GO BENCH PRESS
- 18 INCH BOB PEOPLES DEADLIFT
- STANDING EZ CURL BAR LIFT
Both RAW & EQUIPPED divisions are available to enter. A separate entry fee is required to enter a second division. As an example, if you choose to lift in the RAW division, you may enter the EQUIPPED division as well but will need to pay a separate entry fee for the second division entered.

ENTRY FEE: $60 dollar entry fee for all athletes for athletes. If you want to enter a second division, you will need to pay another $60 dollar entry fee to enter that division.

After finishing your 2026 OTSO WORLDS entry, I will be contacting you by Email or Facebook Messenger for the following information to help us get the meet prepared and ready to begin lifting on meet day!
- What are your expected opening attempts for the Touch n Go Bench Press, 18-inch Bob Peoples Deadlift & Standing EZ Curl Lift?
- What weight class are you planning to enter at the meet?
- What size T-shirt do you wear?
- Are you lifting the Raw or Equipped division? or Both?
AWARDS: World Champion medals will be awarded by weight class & age group. Best lifter awards will be awarded based on DOTS Formula for Best Male & Female lifter in the Raw & Equipped divisions. Each lifter will receive an OSTO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP T-shirt as well.
WEIGHT CLASSES & AGE GROUPS: The following Weight Classes and Age Groups will be contested at the 2026 OLD TIME STRONGMAN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
WEIGHT CLASSES: (all weight classes are in kilos with the same weight classes for men & women) below 50, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89, 90-99, 100-109, 110-119, 120-129, 130-139, 140 plus
AGE GROUPS: 13 & under, 14-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89, 90 and over
OTSO WORLD RECORDS CAN BE SET IN ALL WEIGHT CLASSES AND AGE DIVISIONS
